About the Venue

Our historic, Grade II listed venue known for its community spirit and stunning architecture, is now available for your dream wedding. Experience the perfect blend of tradition and modernity in Nottingham’s most sought-after wedding venue.

Gold Package

Our Gold Wedding package is designed to make choosing your venue easy and stress-free. 

Included is: 

  • Three course wedding breakfast for 60-110 guests
  • Evening reception buffet for up to 120 guests
  • Glass of Prosecco (or similar) on arrival
  • Glass of Prosecco for your toast
  • Half a bottle of wine per guest

Silver Package

The Silver Wedding package is the perfect option for the ultimate special day. 

Included is:

  • Wedding Breakfast for 60 – 110 guests

FAQ's

Yes, we love hosting weddings with personality! And, no two weddings are EVER the same. Over the years we’ve had everything from elaborate table decorations and incredible floral displays, to fancy dress. We’re happy to hear your ideas! On your special day the Malt Cross team will dress the venue before you arrive (we typically have you in a few days before to go through all the decorations for the day).

Yes – indeed. From doughnut towers to traditional tiers, or even a proper cheese cake you can certainly arrange your own cake.

Absolutely you can. However, if it’s not a band or DJ you’re after, you can share a playlist for us to put on our sound system.

As an independent venue with our own in-house kitchen team we love to develop menus with the wedding couple, and serve something special on the day!  What’s more, we’ll host you for a menu tasting with our Head Chef too.

We can welcome up to 110 guests for a wedding breakfast and your celebrations. We can top this up with an additional 30 evening guests

  • Meet with a member of the team at Malt Cross. Explore options, ideas, menus and dates.
  • Keep in regular contact and communication, with further meetings – as well as the all important menu and drinks tasting – in advance of your wedding.
  • Final pre-wedding checks with a final meeting within a month of your big day. We walk-through the day and final guest numbers seating plan.
